Owners Robert and Carmen Breckenridge have lived and worked for restaurants in both the North and Southwest regions. They have traveled abroad and within the states always looking for the best local eatery to fall in love with.
The concept of being unique, delicious, simple, and affordable, launched Nibbles as a food tent at the Des Moines Wa Farmers Market in 2014. With high hopes of continued growth in mind the response was amazing. The support
and feedback from the folks of Des Moines was overwhelmingly positive, so purchasing our food trailer was the next logical step. Nibbles offers a boldly spiced and flavorful bite for everyone. Our Southwest culinary
background is fused into all of our dishes, featuring what the great Northwest has to offer.
